Tomato slices

I’d try this on large crackers, but this is the original recipe from  Pet (Milk) Recipe Book, ca 1935

6 rounds of toast
6 slices tomato
6 slices hard boiled egg
Mayonnaise
Stuffed Olives

Put tomato on toast, taking care to have them the same size. Cover with egg and top with a bit of mayonnaise. Decorate with stuffed olives.
