1 cup corn meal
2 cups milk
2 eggs (separate & beat the yolks and the whites)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tsp sugar
2-1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

To boiling milk add salt then slowly add corn meal, stirring constantly . Cook to soft mush. Cool. Add egg yolks, butter, baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in buttered baking dish about 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Serve hot.
