Banana fritters 日本語: ピサンゴレン(バナナのてんぷら)

Large ripe bananas (1 per person)
Egg
Flour
Bread Crumbs

Peel bananas and cut in pieces. Roll in well beaten egg then in four. Then roll in bread crumbs. Fry in hot lard until a golden brown. Dip in fruit sauce.
